Orange County Ropes Course is certified through the Boy Scouts of America to issue both indoor and outdoor climbing merit badges.

Search and Rescue

Challenge Course is built up to 60 feet above the ground. The three-tier course tests your agility, balance and strength on 4 to 32 fascinating obstacles (like the Burma Buckets and Criss-Cross Tight Ropes). Those who choose to participate are outfitted with harnesses and helmets and are clipped into cable systems that allow them to climb and participate in a variety of challenges safely. Participants can safely take risks while navigating physical challenges highlighting trust and support within teams. We custom design all of our programs to meet the individual needs of each group. A Fun Day Out At The Ropes Course


All Merit Badge Classes comes with a fun time on the Ropes Course


  • One Day Climbing Merit Badge

This program is conducted entirely at Ropes Course in a 7 hour sessions. Scouts will learn climbing classifications, safety, emergency response, climbing commands, signals and equipment, anchors/protection, knots, belaying, climbing technique, and rappelling.
Fees

    $75 per scout Minimum $500.
    Group discounts are available.


  •  Search and Rescue Merit Badge

This program consists of an 7-hour sessions at (O.C Ropes Course).

  • Group Events

Bring your scouts to O.C Ropes Coursefor a safe and fun group event. Event include 3.5 hours at the Ropes Course, Belay instruction to adults and scouts 14 years and older, All scouts must have a release signed by a parent or guardian before they may climb.
Fees

    $20 per scout
    $350. minimum (That is about 20 climbers.)
